Join Kendra in her office, during a rehearsal and on the wedding day to experience first hand what the life of a wedding planner is really like. The experience will include the following:
Office

• See a professional, inviting, creative office
• Advise on establishing your pricing and different pricing methods
• Initial consultation advice and closing the sale
• Organization skills and keeping track of multiple clients
• View samples of printing and etiquette support
• Handling each wedding as if it’s your only wedding
• Learn about the paperwork involved in planning a detailed wedding
• See the paperwork including timelines, budgets, floor plans to run a fabulous event

Rehearsal

• Watch Kendra run a wedding rehearsal hearing her words of wisdom
• Organizations papers to run a perfect rehearsal
• Tips on ceremony etiquette
• Observe how to address a unique group of personalities
• Assist with night-before needs (differ with every client)

Wedding Day

• Observe Kendra doing what she does best
• Assist in making the day run smoothly by following a detailed itinerary
• Setup the ceremony site with programs, reserved seating, etc.
• Oversee the day’s progress and assist with making it perfect
• Instruct guests on the guest book, seating arrangements, etc.
• View the interaction of the professional wedding planner with the vendors
• Assist with the setup of the reception site
• Observe Kendra handling any vendor/client concerns or problems
• See Kendra coordinate the timing of the events throughout the day
• Assist with the end of the night pick-up  and pack-up of the brides personal treasures
• Help decorate the bridal suite
